Summer camps for Serbian youth in cooperation with the government of Prime Minister Djindjic. AYUSA participated as a project consultant and sponsor of an American lecturer who conducted communication workshops.

Ayusa was chosen from many organizations by the U.S. Department of State as a responsible coordinator of exchange programs to organize and handle the scholarship program funded by the U.S. Government for four years in a row, which included a selection process, a one-month summer preparation school, volunteer work, and workshops for 88 students from the Brčko District (Bosnia and Herzegovina).
2000-2003.
SYLP/Serbia Youth Leadership Program is a U.S. Government scholarship program for young leaders. Three generations of high school students from Subotica, Kragujevac, Pancevo, Nis, Belgrade, Bujanovac, Cacak, Leskovac, Novi Sad, Sombor, Krusevac, Nova Varos, Kikinda, Zrenjanin, Sremska Mitrovica, Uzice, Valjevo, Novi Pazar, Zajecar, Pirot, and Preševo had the opportunity to spend a month in America attending school and taking part in seminars for young leaders and community service. This program was designed and fully sponsored by the U.S. Government.
